Rectory approached us to design and build a new website that aligned with their refreshed brand guidelines while improving the user experience and functionality.
Rectory Homes required a new website that aligned with their refreshed brand guidelines while improving the user experience and functionality. A core objective was to introduce a property search feature, allowing users to find new homes based on location.
Additionally, the website needed to be highly optimised for SEO, performance, and speed to improve discoverability and engagement.
Gatsby.js for Speed & Performance. The site was built using Gatsby.js, ensuring blazing-fast load times with static site generation (SSG) while maintaining the flexibility of dynamic content updates.
Prismic CMS for Content Management. A Prismic CMS integration enabled Rectory’s team to manage content effortlessly while keeping the site lightweight and efficient.
COINS CRM Integration. The website was seamlessly integrated with COINS CRM, ensuring that property listings remained up to date with the latest availability and status updates.
Implementing a Seamless Property Search. A user-friendly search functionality was developed, allowing visitors to find properties by location, with future flexibility to expand into more detailed filtering options.
Balancing Design & Performance. While the new brand guidelines introduced richer visuals, the Gatsby architecture allowed us to maintain excellent performance and page speed, crucial for SEO and user experience.
Scalability for Future Enhancements. The platform was built with modular and scalable components, making it easy to introduce more advanced search filters, additional features, and content expansions as Rectory’s business needs evolve.
